How does the shipping work for a heavy art piece over 15 lbs?

Because every original is one of a kind, I want to make sure it gets to you safely.

Smaller original works can usually be carefully packaged, insured, and shipped directly to you. Shipping for originals is calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and packaging required.

For larger or heavier works (15 lbs+), I will contact you personally after your purchase to coordinate delivery.Depending on your location, this may mean specialty art shipping, local delivery, or another arrangement.

And yes — for certain pieces, if it is financially feasible, I would genuinely rather get on a plane and bring the painting to you myself than put it through unnecessary shipping. We’ll figure out the safest and most reasonable option together.

If you’re interested in an original and would like to know the delivery options before purchasing, please reach out to me directly.

The art took time to make. I want to make sure it reaches you with the same care.

What exactly do you do?

We turn tangled problems into tidy solutions you can actually use.

How fast is your turnaround?

Blink-and-you-miss-it speed, without the corners cut.

Are consultations really free?

Absolutely—your wallet stays zipped until you sign off.

What is your return policy?

Every original artwork, art print, and photograph is personally inspected by me before it leaves my hands. Because of the nature of these pieces, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, I never want you to receive a piece that has been damaged along the way.

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact me as soon as possible and send photos of the artwork and packaging. Depending on the carrier and shipment, a claim may need to be filed with the delivery service, and I’ll work with you throughout that process to find the best solution.

I can’t promise that an original piece can simply be replaced - because there may only ever be one - but I can promise that I won’t leave you hanging.

We’ll figure it out together. Your art should arrive with the same care with which it was made.
